Shipping & Returns Policies

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please contact sales@competitionshootingspecialists.com if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

We are committed to total customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund within thirty days of the purchase date. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type unless otherwise indicated as a final sale. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be unused and in new condition including all packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, tags, etc. to ensure full credit. We suggest you consult with us regarding the compatibility of different products for your particular use prior to ordering at sales@competitionshootingspecialists.com.

To initiate the return, simply e-mail customersupport@competitionshootingspecialists.com with the original order #, item #, quantity and reason for the return. Upon review, we will provide an RMA number to be noted with the returned shipment along with return instructions. Please ensure your shipment is pre-paid using a traceable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
